Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

Amplifi Marketing ("we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through amplifi-marketing.com and our related services (the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you give us. This includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing and shipping address, job title, and anything you write in forms, chats, emails or calls. Depending on how you use the Services, it may also include account credentials and details about your business, customers or marketing needs.

1.2 Order and artwork information. When you request a quote or place an order, we collect order details (such as products, quantities, sizes, colors and deadlines), the artwork, logos, photos and files you upload, and your approvals and proofs.

1.3 Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal and Intuit. We do not collect or store full card numbers. We receive limited details, such as the last four digits, card type, billing name and address, and confirmation of payment.

1.4 Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website we and our service providers collect device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, links clicked, date and time of visit, and approximate location based on IP address. We collect this using cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies (see Section 4).

1.5 Communications and recordings. If you call, text, chat with us or use a voice or chat assistant, we collect the content of those communications, call recordings and transcripts, and related details such as the phone number and time. We tell you when a call may be recorded or an AI assistant is in use, as required by law.

1.6 Social media and third-party sources. If you interact with our social media pages or connect a third-party account, we receive information you make available to us, such as your username, profile information and messages. We may also receive information from business directories, advertising platforms and other sources, which we combine with information we already have.

1.7 Information we create. We may derive information about you from the above, such as your interests, products you viewed or ordered, and a lead or customer status.

1.8 Sensitive information. We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers. Please do not send these to us. If you do, tell us and we will delete them where we can.

2. How We Use AI With Your Information

We use artificial intelligence tools, including chat and voice assistants, transcription, summarization, and drafting and automation tools, to answer questions, schedule appointments, route requests, prepare quotes and follow-ups, and improve our service to you.

No training on your data. We do not use your personal information, your customer or order information, or your artwork to train or improve generally available AI models, and we require our AI service providers not to do so, unless you give us permission.

Human review. AI outputs are reviewed by our team before they are relied on for important decisions about you.

Providers. AI tools are provided by third-party service providers who may process your information on our behalf and only under agreements that limit how they use it.

De-identified information. We may use information that has been de-identified and aggregated, so that it cannot reasonably be linked to you, to understand and improve our Services.

See Section 3 for who receives information, and Section 8 for your choices.

3. How We Use and Share Information

3.1 How we use it. We use personal information to:

provide, quote, produce, deliver and support our products and services;

process payments and manage accounts, orders and billing;

communicate with you, including responding to requests, sending proofs, order and appointment updates, and, with your consent where required, marketing messages;

operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Website and Services;

understand how the Website is used and measure our marketing;

show and measure advertising for our services;

comply with law, enforce our agreements and protect rights, safety and property; and

carry out any other purpose you ask for or agree to.

3.2 We do not sell your information for money. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3.3 Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run our business and who may use it only to provide services to us. They include customer relationship management and automation platforms (such as HighLevel), website hosting and analytics, email and text messaging providers, payment processors, AI service providers, shipping carriers, and the suppliers and decorators who produce your order. For production we share only what they need, such as your artwork, order details and shipping address.

3.4 Advertising and analytics partners. We use advertising and analytics tools from companies such as Google and Meta. Using these tools may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. See Section 4 and Section 8 for your choices.

3.5 Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it is required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our customers or others.

3.6 Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give notice if it becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

3.7 With your consent. We share information for other purposes when you ask us to or give your consent.

3.8 Aggregated information. We may share de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

4.1 What they are. Cookies are small files placed on your device. We and our partners also use pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies.

4.2 What we use them for.

Essential: to make the Website work, remember your choices and keep it secure.

Analytics: to understand how visitors use the Website (for example, Google Analytics).

Advertising: to measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited the Website (for example, Google Ads and the Meta pixel).

Forms and chat: to power forms, scheduling and chat features.

4.3 Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings. Some browsers and devices offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. Where a cookie banner is shown, you can use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

4.4 Do Not Track. The Website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals other than GPC, because there is no common standard for them.

4.5 Third-party sites. The Services may link to other websites and social media pages that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy, to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. Typical periods: order and artwork files for as long as needed to support reorders and warranty claims, then deleted or archived on a regular schedule; call recordings for up to 90 days and transcripts for up to 12 months, unless needed longer for a dispute or legal reason; and records of marketing consent for as long as the consent is relied on. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encryption in transit, access controls and use of reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay and as required by applicable law.

7. Children

The Services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

8. Your Choices and Rights

8.1 Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages, such as order confirmations and proofs.

8.2 Text messages. We do not currently send text messages. See Section 10.

8.3 Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share, and request a copy;

correct inaccurate information;

delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;

opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising;

limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this right);

appeal a decision on your request, where your state provides for appeals; and

not be treated unfairly for exercising your rights.

8.4 How to make a request. Email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line and tell us what you would like to do. We will verify your identity by matching information you give us to information we have, and we will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we may ask for written proof of their authority. There is no charge for reasonable requests.

8.5 Opting out of sharing for advertising. You can opt out by emailing us as described above, by using a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or by using the cookie settings described in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

8.6 California and other state residents. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states have privacy laws that may give you the rights above. We describe the categories of information we collect in Section 1, the purposes in Section 3.1, and the categories of recipients in Section 3. Some of these laws apply only to businesses of certain sizes, and we honor your requests whether or not a particular law applies to us.

8.7 Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still submit an opt-out request to [email protected].

9. Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM)

We send marketing emails only in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. Each marketing email identifies us, includes our valid postal address and has a working opt-out link. We process opt-outs promptly and no later than 10 business days.

10. Text Messaging Privacy

We do not currently send text messages. If we begin, we will update this Policy first. We will collect your mobile number only with your consent, use it only to send the messages you agreed to, and will not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will give additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Website, before it takes effect. Please review this page regularly.
